Add or Modify Job Inventory

The Inventory Pick List:

The Inventory Pick List at the right of the Inventory tab displays a list of all available furniture. It may be filtered by: 

  • The room or destination, using the drop-down lists at the bottom of the screen.
  • The list may also be filtered by text entered into the field at the top of the list.
  • Show All  button displays all available items 
  • Show Defaultbutton displays the default items for a selected room 
  • Show Packing  button displays a list of all available packing materials. 

Note: Items may be added to the Inventory Pick List from the Inventory Management module. The list of rooms is managed in Codes Management


How to Add an Inventory Item:

  1. Click on Jobs menu.

  2. Search for and select the relevant job.

  3. Click on the Inventory tab.

  4. At the top of the tab, select the List Type of the inventory to be added (Actual or Estimated).  
    Note: An Estimated list is taken at the time of survey, whereas an Actual list is the crew’s packing or load list. If the List Type is Estimated, the Create Actuals  button may be used to create actual values from the listed items. 

  5. Select the room location and item destination at the bottom of the inventory pick list.   
    Note: To add an extra room, click the Add Unlisted Room button at the bottom of the Inventory Pick List. 

  6. Double Click the required item in the list.
    Note: If the required item is not present, enter the item name in the field at the top of the Inventory Pick List and click the Add Unlisted Item button. 

  7. As items are double-clicked, they are added to the middle of the screen. From here you can edit the details of each item. Add as many Inventory Items as needed.
