Claims Management

The Claims Management window is a repository of all claims made by your customers.  Claims processed by your company may or may not be covered by insurance and can include missing items, damaged items and damaged property.  Your Claims Manager can use Claims Management to search for Claims, view or add detail to a claim, view a log of related events for the claim, and manage them until completion.

A new claim is entered from the Claim tab of the Jobs/Removals Management module.  See Adding a Claim. A unique claim number is allocated to each claim entered into the system, with the possibility of entering multiple claims for a single Job.
