The text displayed in the Rate Revision letter can be modified from the Paragraphs window and is updated the next time you print or preview the letter.
To edit the text in the Storage Rate Revision paragraph:
Navigate to Administration > Moveware Setup > Paragraphs in the main menu.
Filter the records by typing StgRevision in the Actual Code search box at the top of the Paragraphs window.
Edit the text in the Paragraph field of the StgRevision record.
Double click a field in the Insertions list at the right of the window to add it to the text.
Click Save.
