Workload

The Workload window displays a summary of actions for each day over a two-month period from the current date.  The tab is useful to examine scheduled work required for the upcoming period.  The overview can be used to spread work evenly by scheduling new jobs on quieter days.

The actions displayed are based on those entered for each job in the Diary tab of the Jobs Management module, and are divided into Packs, Local Jobs, Uplifts, Deliveries and Other Jobs. Messages entered in the daily diary for a day are also displayed.

How to View the Workload

  • Navigate to Operations > Workload in the main menu.
  • In the Workload tab, each day over the next two months is listed by row.  In the Day column on the left, public holidays will display in red text.  Days that have been closed by the Operations Manager will have a red background.

The other columns display the following for each day:

  • Total Labour: The total number Labour employees allocated on that day
  • Total Vehicles: The total number of Vehicles allocated on that day
  • Drivers, Packers, etc: The total number of Labour employees allocated on that day for a Cost Type (each Cost Type has its own column)
  • Trucks, Trailers, etc: The total number of Vehicles allocated on that day for a Cost Type (each Cost Type has its own column)

The boxes at the top of the screen allow you to filter the list.
