Set up Corporate Contacts for the Web Portal

The contact details of a corporate client must be updated to allow access to your MovePartner web interface. The client should already be set up as a Customer in Moveware, and once the contact information is updated in the Customer Management module, the key employees of the client can log in to MovePartner.

Note: Setting up Corporate Contacts is only applicable to MovePartner.

To set up web access for a client:

  1. Follow steps 1 to 5 in Adding Customer Contacts.
  2. At step 5 set the Web Access field to Y and add a password.
  3. Continue with steps 6 and 7 of Adding Customer Contacts.

Once activated, employees of corporate clients are able to log into MovePartner by using their email address and password you have entered into the system.

i.e.
Username:        [Email Address of corporate contact]Password:        [Password you have entered in for the corporate contact]
