All Moveware Reports, including PDFs, Excel Reports, Email Templates, SMS Templates, Word Reports and Dashboard Reports are configured in Report Configuration.

The Report Configuration Screen is divided into several areas, identified and linked below:

1. Report Configuration – Search
2. Report Configuration – Details
3. Report Configuration – Email Setup
4. Report Configuration – SMS Setup
5. Report Configuration – Scheduled

To access Report Configuration (System Admins only), navigate to Administration > System Setup > Report Configuration. A list of reports is displayed in the Search area. To find the required report, use the search boxes above the list to filter the report records (see Report Configuration – Search).

Report Configuration Module Tabs Overview

Underneath the report list are several tabs pertaining to the Report you have highlighted in the list. By default, the Details tab is displayed.

Visit Report Configuration – Details for a description of the fields and options available on the Details tab.

The Email Setup tab allows default email details to be set up for reports that are sent as email attachments.

The SMS Setup tab allows default details to be set up for SMS messages sent by Moveware. Similarly to the Email Setup tab, it contains a list of merge fields to be populated when the message is sent.
