Add Estimate Costs and Suppliers


What are estimate costs?

Estimate costs refer to the quotes that you will receive from the Suppliers providing you with a service.   


How to Enter an Estimate Cost on a Cost Line:

  1. Select the relevant job and navigate to the Costing Tab.
  2. Select the Cost Option.
  3. Select the cost line you would like to add the estimate cost to.
  4. Enter the value in the “Est Cost” field.

    Alternatively: You can also enter values into the quantity (Est Qty) and rate fields and Moveware will calculate the estimate cost for you.

How to Assign a Supplier to a Cost Line:

  1. Make sure the relevant cost line is selected.
  2. Click on the “Select Creditor for Select Cost” icon [].
  3. Select the Supplier from the Supplier List pop-up window.
  4. Click OK. The supplier will now be displayed in the “Creditor” column.
