Add a Claims Job Type

Once you have the Claims record we recommend running the Job Type Creator and choosing a Claims Job Type. This will add a set of claims-specific Diary tasks, that can automatically be associated to a role (Coordinator) or a person (Claims manager).  Additionally, costs associated with the claim can be added to a new cost option or by combining it with an existing cost option. 

Note: A Claims Job Type may have been configured during the implementation of Moveware and should be edited if necessary only by an experienced Administrator.
