Corporate (CRM) – To Do

The To Do tab of the CRM Listing window is a list of tasks and appointments for all Corporate Accounts. The list can be filtered by Timeframe, date range, Priority (Pri column) and Completed tasks. Records can also be filtered using the search boxes at the top of each column. Completed tasks are displayed in green.

Modify a task, action or appointment by double clicking the record or selecting it and clicking the Modify [] button. See Managing Corporate Interactions for further details on managing tasks.
