Using the Jobs – Review Screen

How to Generate Review Questionnaires:

  1. Select the type of review questionnaire you want to generate from the list of available options on the left-hand side.  
  • Click the icon for ‘Add Ratings Based on Job Type’ [].
  • The system will confirm you’d like to generate the questions – click Yes. 
  • All the questions included in that questionnaire will be displayed on the right-hand side.

Note: Remember that you can also use this toggle to show or hide Mobi-related questionnaires:

How to Answer Questionnaires

From here, we can enter any answers by using the Rating Column – the values here may change depending on the question.  

You can also enter a comment in the comment column. 

The system will assign a score to each answer, based on pre-configured settings, in order to report on them later – these scores can vary based on company needs. 


Additional Review Features:

We can also assign a status to the question – for example, a status of ‘Follow-up’ is available, to indicate if one of these questions requires a follow-up. These status choices are configurable as well. 

On the left-hand side, we have some additional details including the status of the questionnaire, the date corresponding to that status (such as the date when it was generated, when it was started, or when it was completed), as well as the user who is working on it, total, average, and so on. 

All of this data can be used in the generation of both internal and external reports.
