MOS-5104Improvement- Previously emails sent from Mobi would not trigger a "Email Sent" diary action in Moveware. This has now been added so that a record of communication can be seen by coordinators. No change in usage.
MOS-8442New Feature- Added a new Menu which gives users the ability to download documents from the vehicle folder in Moveware. This can be handy for referencing vehicle condition reports, permits or servicing records of the vehicle. For US companies, the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) requires companies to complete and retain a DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report). This menu allows this DVIR to be captured electronically and presented when needed.Once the menu is activated, users can simply search for the required vehicle and then download the relevant document.
MOS-7960Fix- Previously some devices showed a poorly formatted pop up of the 'Refresh Codes' prompt. This has been fixed up.No change in usage.
MOS-7850New Feature- Added additional menu filtering to cater for more user cases of clients who use the setting "Filter Job Menu". Previously when this setting was activated, the global jobs screen would filter all menu's without being able to handle exceptions like the Search and Add Jobs menus. Since we want to be able to both filter the global Job menus but also have the option to always show certain menus, the below codes were added to the Menu filtering.

Code Type: Code
Code value: MobiMenuFilter
Code Desc: Mobi Menu Filter

Code Type: MobiMenuFilter
Code Value: Do not Show in Flow
Cod Desc: Do not Show in Flow

Code Type: MobiMenuFilter
Code Value: Show in Global Jobs
Code Desc: Show in Global Jobs
No change in usage.
MOS-7257Updates to Tare field logic. When the Moveware system parameter: AutoCalcTare= Yes, the "Value" field on the inventory screen is changed to a "Tare" field. In Mobi, the Tare field required both the Moveware system parameter to be set to Y AND Show Both Volume and Weight in Inventory Edit=Y. The Mobi setting should have no bearing on the Tare field so we've updated this so the Tare field is just controlled through the Moveware system parameter. No change in usage.
MOS-7252Previously the phone icon would only display on the detail page if a Mobile number was entered against the job. We've expanded this functionality to also show the phone icon for numbers entered into the job> details> phone field. No change in usage
MOS-7137In some instances the "Start" button on the diary action could take a couple of clicks before it would take a user into the workflow. This was due to some background refreshing of data. This has now been fixed up so the user will always be taken into the workflow on the first click. No change in usage.
MOS-7009Fixed an issue with the duplicate barcode warning not triggering properly for Asset Management jobs on some Zebra devices. No change in usage
MOS-6159FIX- On iOS devices, adding a new Asset management product could sometimes cause a refresh pop up to appear instead of adding the new product. This has now been fixed up.No change in usage.
MOS-5144We've added a new setting so that the Mobi language can be automatically toggled based on the clients language set in Job Details.
This setting is useful for situations where crews need to frequently switch between languages when servicing clients.
No change in usage. If the setting below is set to Yes, the language interface of Mobi will automatically update based on the Job details language set.

Type: Setting
Code Value: MobiLanguageAuto
Description: Auto change language based on Moveware Job language
Answers: Yes,No
Default Answer: No
Parent: User
Control Type: Combo
MOS-5108Improved column alignment on reports for smaller screen devicesNo change in usage.
MOS-4227IMPROVEMENT: Previously the contents lookup in Mobi (set up through Moveware>Code Management>Contents did not take the Lookup sort field into account meaning users could not configure the order in which items appear. This has now been updated so that it will sort by sort order (if it exists) or alphabetically (if sort order doesn't exist). No change in usage.
MOS-4187Previously all files (reports & photos) being synced back from Mobi would create a diary action called "File Attachments". The same diary action is also for non Mobi documents. To clean up the diary screen, we've renamed the Mobi files to "Mobi Attachment" so the two can be easily differentiated. No change in usage required
MOS-4184Update- on the inventory screen the user had a number of filters available above the furniture list- All, Furniture, Room, Pkg, Veh, PBO, CRT. We've removed the "Room" filter as the "Furniture" filter already filters by room anyway so there was no need for the button. No change in usage
MOS-4106The Diary Summary Task section used to display data in sections which meant that there were large chunks of empty space. This could cause users to think data was missing but in actual it was just empty space in between sections. We've updated the view to remove this blank space between fields. No change of usage
MOS-4104Improvement- Previously the report screen would always scroll back to the top after a signature was captured. This meant users had to scroll all the way back down to where they were previously. We've updated this so that there is no more scrolling after the signature is saved so the user will be in the same spot as before they entered the signature capture. No change in usage.
MOS-4098For Mobi Admins. Previously reports would only display reviews when the report code contained both reviews and section=reviews. Forgetting to add a "reviews" section was a common mistake that could cause confusion. This has now been updated so the reviews will display if they are added to the report regardless of section configuration. No change in usage.
MOS-4097Update- faint red shading has been added to mandatory fields on the "edit item" screen. Previously it was just the Description field that was highlighted. No change in usage
MOS-4096Fix- previously triple digit tag numbers would be slightly cut off on the check off screen. The formatting has now been updated to fit the full number. No change in usage.
MOS-4095Improvement- Previously when adding new items, the button ribbon did not always open by default requiring users to first select the item to see the buttons. This has been updated so newly added items will show all buttons below them by default. No change in usage
MOS-4094Improvement- Added Contact Name to Local reports. No setting needed for this.

Added the ability to show the Bill to name on local reports. This is controlled through a local Mobi report filter:
Code type: MobiReportFilter
Code value: showBillTo
Description: Show Bill To Name
Comments: Yes,No
Default: No
Extra: combo
No change in usage.
MOS-4093New Setting- Added the ability to filter the Global Jobs menus just like the daily menus:

Code Type: Setting
Code Value: FilterJobMenu
Description: Filter Job Menu
Answers: Yes,No
Default Answer: No
Parent: User
Comments: Use day-level filtering at the global job level
Control Type: Toggle
No change in usage.
MOS-3973New Feature- Previously the Mobi Inventory screen would not display inventory item details. The user would have to run the inventory report or select the edit button to review the details of the inventory item. We've added a new setting so that the details being displayed beneath the item can be customised so users can quickly see at a glance what information has been added against each item. The setting can be set up as follows:
Type: Setting
Code: dispInventDetails
Description: Display Inventory Details on the Inventory Screen
Answers: MobiInventDetailsLookup
Parent: Inventory
Control Type: Lookup

The lookup can be set up as follows:
Type: Code
Code Value: MobiInventDetailsLookup
Description: MobiInventDetailsLookup

Options within the Lookup can be set up as:
Type: MobiInventDetailsLookup
Then create the following codes (with matching description): Dest Condition, Details, Location, LotColor, LotNumber, OrgCondition, Packer, Packing, PackMethod, Room, SerialNo, Special, Value, Weight(category), Weight(lbs)
MOS-3966Improvement- Mobi code base update. Screens remain unchanged for users.

Previously the Item edit screens on the "Inventory" and "Check Off" menus were separate code bases. We've merged these together to speed things up and make reduce development time needed for future changes to these screens.
No change in usage.
MOS-3915Fix- background changes to the photos directory (for the Fine Art warehouse module)No change in usage
MOS-3807Improvement- Introduced Grid display for signature fields captured on review levels. Previously only report signatures could display signatures 2 per line but now all signatures will display 2 per line.No change in usage.
MOS-3629New Report filter- New report filter allows users to specify whether they want to show actual or estimated quantities in the material section.

Code type: MobiReportFilter
Code value: materials
Comments: Actual,Estimated
No change in usage.
MOS-3604Fix- When adding a new item, users can start typing a description and the OS will use predictive text (if configured on the device) to auto-fill the word. On Android, newly added items were being added with the full description however for iOS users it was only adding the text physically added by the user- not the predicted text. We've fixed this up so both Android and iOS will display the full text when predictive text is used.No change in usage.
