Send Client Messages on Web Portal

MoveClient and MovePartner both allow new web messages to be sent to clients. These messages are emailed to clients and displayed in the Correspondence section of the web interface. Users may send messages from several modules in Moveware:

  • Messaging tab of Web Portal
  • Diary tab of the Jobs module
  • Contact tab of Customer Management module (MovePartner only).

To send a client message:

  1. In the main menu navigate to the Diary or Contact tab described above.
  2. Click on the Phone button  to open the Add Client Contact window.
  3. Select Web Message as the message type.
  4. Enter the required comments and details.
  5. Click Add to send the web message.

This will log your correspondence in the diary and send your client an email via Outlook.
