Option Total or Pink Line: 

The pink line or the “Option Total” displays the total all of the costing lines above it. Everything above the pink line will be part of the total line in the final quote.  

Anything below the pink line will be listed as an “extra” charge.

How to Include Cost Lines in the Option Total Line

1. Select the cost line you want to include in the One Total Line.
2. Locate the value under the “O” or the “Option Total” column.
3. Change this value from “N” to “Y”.
4. This line will become part of the Option Total amount and will be shifted above the pink line.

How to Make a Cost Line an “Extra” (Outside of the Option Total Line)

1. Select the cost line you want to move.
2. Locate the value under the “O” or the “Option Total” column.
3. Change this value from “Y” to “N.”
4. This line will become an “extra” charge and will be moved below the pink line.
