Transferring existing customers to Ezidebit

For an existing client to be transferred to Ezidebit Direct Debit, they must first complete the EziDebit eDDR form. This form will prompt a client to enter their payment details which are stored by eziDebit and can subsequently be used to process payments for invoices.

To send the Ezidebit payment link to customers to in bulk, users can click on the Ezidebit eDDR report found on the customers tab in reports, setting multi-print to Y and run it by clicking the icon. For more information on how to send a Multi Print email, please refer to our Multi Print article.

To track the customers who have completed the form and currently have active Ezidebit details, users can run the the Customer Token Status report, which is located on the Customers report tab.
