Using MoveCrew

The MoveCrew interface is extremely easy to use and can drastically increase data accuracy and help you provide a more professional appearance to your potential customers. Full move management details are recorded including a detailed inventory grouped by colour coded destinations and rooms. Job inventories can be entered and confirmed quickly in the Inventory and Checklist windows.

New features available in MoveCrew include:

•Capturing and storing photos, videos, sketches and signatures relating to jobs, diary actions and inventory items

•Plotting destinations in Google Maps

•An improved Sync process including remote synchronisation with Moveware via the internet

•Viewing and synchronising non removal related appointments

•Reports can be emailed or exported for printing

•Additional detail fields for removals

•The option of multiple addresses

•Sending emails to customers

•Improved and enlarged menu icons

•The ability to attach and synchronise files

•A new Resources window to display packing materials

•A new Diary window to customise move dates

•A new Review window to check off details for health and safety and access information.
