Claims Management – Log

The Claims Log lists all diary events and other contacts specific to Claim record you are working with.

To view the claims log:

  1. In the main menu navigate to Quality (or Operations on some systems) > Claims > Claims Management.
  2. Filter the records in the Search tab to find the required Claim and navigate to the Log tab.
  3. The records in the log can be filtered to show only Client Contact or File Attachments/Documents using the toggle boxes.
  4. The details of records including dates, notes and attached files can be edited.
