Web Portal – Partner Guide

MovePartner provides you and your employees with a fast, efficient method of entering and tracking relocations online. Your staff may be given access to MovePartner to manage their own moves or you may review their move information. MovePartner also includes a listing of company accounts which may be reviewed. In future accounts may be paid online using this feature.

Once you have logged in to MovePartner, you may add a new Move or view existing Moves. Your moving company will produce one or more quote options from a new move request, which can be accepted or declined on the Quotations page. Accepted quotes are booked by your moving company and can be tracked from the Summary and Tracking pages in the Moves section. The individual tasks of a move are listed according to when they are completed.

A summary of your moves and the history of your corporate account is displayed on the summary page, along with unread correspondence, outstanding accounts, sales analysis and feedback summary. A breakdown of your moves by destination, status and type is also shown.

Detailed information of your company accounts and transactions may be viewed online. In future Invoices may also be paid from the Accounts section of MovePartner.

Non-move related messages may be sent and received from the Correspondence page of the Accounts section. MovePartner also provides a Feedback page in the Moves section for your clients to rate and comment on their removal. A summary of all feedback may be viewed in the Feedback page of the Overview section.
