The System Parameter “Check for Duplicates on Removal Add” allows you to define fields that Moveware should use to check for duplicates when a new Job/Removal is created. For instance, if “fromaddress” is on the Default field (see below screenshot), Moveware will alert the user when Adding a new Job which contains the same address as a Job already in the system. A message will pop up, saying ‘Possible Duplicates Found’ and will list the Jobs in the system with the same address. The user will be able to abort creating the new Job, or continue and create the new Job anyway.
