Email an Invoice

Once an Invoice is posted it may be emailed to a Customer from the Customer Invoicing module. The Invoice is emailed to a customer as an attached PDF file. 


How to Email an Invoice

  1. In the main menu navigate to Customers > Invoicing. Find the required Invoice (see Searching for Invoices) and select it. 

  2. Click the Create PDF to Email button [].  


  3. Select a location and filename for the PDF document to save a copy of the Invoice.

  4. Select Email as Attachment. Double click the To field to look up a recipient. Enter the Subject and Message text. Additional files and an Outlook signature may also be attached. 

  5. Click Send. 

How to Email Invoices in Bulk

Invoices can be emailed to several customers at once (each customer receives their own invoice). Please see Emailing Storage Invoices in Bulk for details. Although the guide covers emailing storage invoices in bulk, the process can be used to send non-storage invoices in bulk as well. Follow the same steps as outlined, but don’t set the Source filter of the Invoice report to “S”.
