Enter Baggage Client Details

Baggage client details are entered in the Details tab of the Baggage Management module.



How to Add a New Baggage Client:

  1. From within the Baggage Management module, navigate to the Customer Details tab. Select Add from the Smart Panel at the top-left of the screen.  The Details fields will allow information about the new Client to be entered.  Required fields are highlighted in pink.
  2. Enter the name of the client to the right of the Uplift label.
  3. Enter the address details at Uplift and Delivery.
  4. Select the consignment destination by double-clicking on the destination code field. Enter the suburb in the overseas popup window and click OK.  Click Yes to confirm the selection.
  5. The client’s contact numbers and email address for the origin and destination can be recorded.
  6. Enter the source of the client referral in the Source field.
  7. When clicking into a field, hover your mouse over the field for more information about each field.  Additional information also displays on the very bottom-left of the screen.
  8. Once all the required information is entered, click Save.
