Modify a Customer

A Customer record may be updated at any time from the Customer Management module. Note that if the Customer Code is updated, the new code will be reflected in all areas of the system, including any associated reports.


How to Modify a Customer: 

  1. In the main menu navigate to Customers > Customer Management. Existing Customers are displayed in alphabetical order. To find the required Customer use the search boxes to filter the Customer records (Searching for Customers).
  2. Select the Customer and navigate to the Customer Details tab.
  3. Modify the Customer Fields as required and click Save in the Smart Panel.
