Manage Claims

It is easy to manage your claims from the Claims tab in the Jobs Management Module. Simply navigate to the job in question and click on the Claims tab. Follow the subsequent instructions to manage your claims:

How to Manage Claims in Moveware

  1. On the top right of the Claim tab, you can add information about the claim amount. You can also add the person who is managing the claim.  



  2. Until the claim status is changed to “Y”, the Claim tab will be red, indicating the presence of an active claim on the job.  

  3. When the claim has been processed, change the “Resolved” field to “Y” and click “Save”. This will change the Claims tab to green, indicating that the claim has been resolved.
