Processing an individual direct debit

For any customer who has been setup to use ezidebit, a payment can be processed for a specific invoice by clicking the quick receipt icon on the invoicing screen. The system will ask they user if they want to process a tokenised payment.

To process an ezidebit payment, the user should click yes, which will display the popup below, where the user can enter an amount and click pay.

Important Notes

When making payment using token from the above dialog, please be aware that the entered amount does not include the surcharge charged by the payment gateway (Ezidebit). The surcharge is charged by Ezidebit directly to the customer and is calculated automatically based on your agreement.

If an invoice is fully paid, Moveware will stop the user from processing a payment.
