Set up Diary Actions for the Web Portal

To start using MoveClient and MovePartner effectively, you must set a list of relevant diary actions that clients can view in the Schedule section when they log in to the web interface. The key diary actions in a removal include uplift, packing, and departure dates.

The Schedule section displays the schedule of the selected move. These are key diary actions within the removal itself, such as uplift, packing, and departure dates. You can select which key actions can be displayed in Administration > Diary Actions in Moveware this is outlined in the administration section.

For example, operation diary actions such as inspection/uplift/delivery can be made visible to clients and internal diary actions such as Send Pre Advice to Client, Send Pre Advice to Agent and Follow Lead can be hidden.

Note: System Administrator access is required to enable diary actions
