Share Move Status and Detail in MovePartner

To send out Move Status and Detail via Customer Management:

  • Navigate to the Customer Management -> Contact tab.
  • Click on the Phone icon to open the Add Client Contact window.
  • Select Web Message as the message type.
  • Enter the required comments and details.
  • Click Add to send the web message.

This will log your correspondence in the Moveware diary and send your corporate client an email to update the client on the status of the Moves.

The client can use the Web Portal to reply to messages on the Moves -> Messaging screen.
