Storage Management – Inventory

A detailed inventory of customer goods can be viewed and modified from the Inventory Tab of the Storage Management module.


The Inventory Tab Interface

The Inventory Tab of the Storage Management module closely resembles the Inventory Tab of the Jobs module. 

The left side of the screen displays all inventory items currently added to the Storage Account.

The right side of the screen displays the Inventory Pick List, which lists all available furniture items.


How to Filter The Inventory List

Results can be filtered by room or address using the drop-down lists at the bottom-right of the Inventory Tab.

The Inventory List may also be filtered by text entered into the field at the top of the list.

  • The Show All [] icon: will display all available items.
  • The Show Default [] icon: will display the default items for a selected room.
  • The Show Packing [] icon: will display a list of all available packing materials. 

Items available on the Inventory Pick List can be added or modified from the Inventory Management module. Rooms can be added or modified from Codes Management.


How to Add Items to the Storage Account

Double-click the required items in the Inventory Pick List to add them to the Storage Account.  Edit the details of the inventory item as required, including the dimensions at the bottom of the tab.

If the required item is not present, enter the item name in the field at the top of the Inventory Pick List and click the Add Unlisted Item  button.
