| 372434 – Check Off Showing DA history | Previously, the number of checkoffs in Mobi were limited to 10 per removal. This was a limiting factor and caused issues where users would need more than 10 checkoffs. To solve he issue we have added a new functionality which is Single Check Off per Diary .A removal can have as many diary actions as needed. Therefore, if a job requires more than 10 checkoffs, then one can simply create that many numbers of diary actions and then have one checkoff per diary action. The check offs will work in the same way, with the difference being that now, the checkoff information will be accessible through the diary screen. | In Mobi Setup -> Settings -> Lookup for Single Check Off By Diary, and choose Job/Removal types to which single signoffs must be applied. Setting: Code Value – SingleCheckOffByDiary Description – Single Check Off By Diary Answers – Dom Type Parent – Diary Control Type – Lookup Lookup Sort – 416 Admin Only – Y Usage: a) Check will be preset and not more than one check can be added per diary action. b) Touching and Holding the check will allow us to edit the check. However, the only thing that may require modification will be the location. c) Clicking or touching an item will check it in. Clicking again will uncheck it. d) Long press of an item will give the usual options. Sync Back in Moveware will show checks in inventory section of diary actions. |

| Fix up Mobi version numbers | The Mobi version numbers across the Android and iOS versions were not aligned which might have caused confusion. This has been fixed by updating both Android and iOS versions to version 1.7.2. This format will be used from now on. | No change required in usage or settings. |

| 377546A – Inventory – Estimated Inventory Bug – Special Item | Previously, users may have faced an issue where the “Special Field” for a newly added inventory item may not show up in Mobi. | 381015 – Emailing in Mobi via Moveware | Users in Mobi can log in either via the username (set in Moveware) or the employee rep code (three-digit code). Previously, when logged in via the code (eg: JM6) the emails would not send with the correct email account. This has now been fixed. | No change required in usage or settings. |
| 381033 – Reports – BOL Failure to display signatures | In certain scenarios, users may find that answers or signatures in reports may be repeated or signatures may come as “Signature on File”. This happens becuase reports are not getting generated as per diary action but the job itself. To solve such issue, we have added an ability to generate separate reports for each diary action, modify the report’s Link in Mobi Setup -> Menus -> (Choose report to be made diary action specific). Then add “&diary=true” to the link and the issue will be fixed. | In Mobi Setup -> Menus, with a Menu item that is a report link. In the Link part, modifying it to: “reports.html?isJob=true&diary=true&……†This will make reports diary specific and generate respective report file names. Settings: Mobi Setup -> Menus |

| 377745 – Mobi Branch filtering in lookups – Filters need to work for all inventory resources | Previously, while using lookups/filters in Mobi screens, users may have seen options that were not specific to their branch or the removal type. | 381858 – File sharing no longer available on IOS | Previously, the Mobi database backup was not available in iTunes since the May 2020 release due to a fault in the development and release configuration. This did not affect Android users. We have recitfied the issue in the build and release configuration with an update to allow the backup to be available in iTunes. | No change required in usage or settings. |
| 376629 – Feedback – Improve Feedback Submission process | Previously, it was difficult for users to provide feedback on the app. To render it more convenient for users, we have added a new section for feedback. In the Menu where we have options such as “Sync” and “Tools”, there is now an option for Feedback. Users can add comments, attach screenshots and provide information about an issue they encounter from using the app. | Setup: A new review of type Mobi Feedback has to be added.
