403331B | INVENTORY - Change how Destinations are selected | Added a NEW SETTING: Code name ShowSideRooms (Description Name 'Show Rooms and destinations to the side'). When this setting is enabled, rooms and destinations will always be on display on the left side of the inventory screen, rather than accessible through a button on the Inventory menu bar, allowing the user to quickly change and add rooms and destinations (including the option to quickly select items 'Not Going'). This setting only works on Tablets. |
403121 | WAREHOUSE FINE ART Improved Descriptive text on Release of Locations | The User Interface for "Locate" screen from the Warehouse menu has been improved with better descriptive text when clearing locations to make it more meaningful to users on what function they are completing. This is effective for all users (no setting change required). |
403738 | INVENTORY - Additional 'By type' filters | Two user interface improvements completed for the inventory page. Firstly, two new "by type" filters were added to the inventory list, allowing the users to now filter items by "Furniture only" and by "PBO" packing materials only (previously the user only had available a by packing and by room filter). Secondly, we improved the selection method. For Phone users, the filters work on a popup selector rather than a cycle through the options. For Tablet users, the filters are now always on display and available on top of the "inventory add list", both changes making it quicker for users to select. For a Mobile Phone, the "Type" button now draws up a menu from the bottom of the screen for the user to then choose the desired type. In the case of a Tablet, the side menu for adding inventory now has a set of buttons that allow the filtering of inventory items. |
402440 | EVENT LOGS FINE ART - New Event logs on Check Off | Previously, some users may have faced an issue where event logs were not getting created for the object's change of location via the Check-off screen. This has been corrected by adding new event logging when locating items via the checkoff. Changes are on Moveware side, there is no need for changes in usage or settings. |
403331G | INVENTORY - New user option for adding items into one or multiple lines | For MobiSurvey users, we have added a new setting: IndividualEst (Create Individual Items for each EST Inventory Item Added) to control whether when the user clicks on an item's name to add it to the estimated inventory this adds a new item (creating a new line item) or if it increments the quantity of an existing item. Previously, whenever a user clicked on an inventory item's name to add it, a new line item would be created every time. With the new setting enabled, the user is now able to repeatedly click on an item's name to just increase the quantity of the item by one. |
402032 | EVENT LOGS - Added Accounts Event Logging | Added event logs in the account screen when refreshing a job with Moveware. Changes are on Moveware side, there is no need for changes in usage or settings. In Mobi we added also a pop-up warning when 'blue line' charge lines are present, which do not have rates or values assigned, to encourage the user to refresh with Moveware on screen exit. |
403331F | INVENTORY - Added a new button Quick link between Inventory and Materials | The Inventory and Materials pages now have shortcuts to each other. The Inventory page has a new button in the summary bar (bottom right of the screen) that links to the Materials page, and the latter has a button in the button group (top right) to link it to the former. This allows the users to quickly jump back and forth between the inventory being created and a summary of materials being added to the job. This is effective for all users (no setting change required) |
403331E | INVENTORY - Added a Quick link between Job Details and Job Inventory | The inventory screen has a change in the use of the Notes button. This button is now a customizable button, and its behavior can be changed using the setting 'Quick Access Menu Link in Inventory'. With this new setting users can now choose what this button links to, options available are the Notes, Job Details, Job Summary and Diary Summary. In addition, previously, some users may have experienced the button does not show up when actual inventory is selected. This release contains the fix for that as well. Further, we have also added a link to the Inventory page from the Job Details page (top right of the screen). All of this makes it easier for users to connect the Job Details and the Job Inventory pages, allowing for quick navigation between these two back and forth. |
403331D | INVENTORY - New setting to Hide details when adding items | Added a new setting: InventExpand (Expand Quick Edit Item Menu by default when adding items) which stops the quick-edit menu from appearing when an inventory item is added. This allows users to work on a more condensed view of items when adding inventory. With this setting enabled, the user can still click on an added inventory item to expand the item's edit menu. |
