Enhancement - Extended function for the 'Job Type Cost Centre' toggle
We have extended the functions for the 'Job Type Cost Centre' toggle on the Cost Centres screen, to be able to exclude the cost centre from lookups on Removals, Storage Management, and Rate Request screens with options 'S', 'F', 'A', and 'R'.

Previously, only 'Y', 'N' and 'Blank' options were available.

Enhancement - Added setting defaults 'Claim Type' and 'Cause By' options for each Type
We have added the setting defaults 'Claim Type' and 'Cause By' options for each Type on the Codes Management screen.Removals > Claim tab > select Type field > Claim Type and Cause By option will be shown depending on the settings in Codes Management.

Code Type = 'Claim Type', in the Default Type field set a list of Types that will show for this Claim Type option.

Enhancement - Extended function for the field 'Exclude from RP Lookup'
We have extended the functions for the field 'Exclude from RP Lookup' in Branch Management, to exclude the branch from lookups on Removals, Storage Management, and Rate Request screens with options 'A', 'S', and 'R'.

Previously, only 'Y', 'N' and 'Blank' were available.

New System Parameter - Set default date range of Task Diary
A new System Parameter has been added to set a specific amount of days as the default date range on the Task Diary screen.Administration > System Setup > System Parameters

The user can set a specific amount of days as the default date range in the System Parameter 'Value' field. Press F2 to run the Task Diary screen (or navigate via Organizer > Task Diary) > the date range has been automatically set following the value of the System Parameter.

New System Parameter - Purchase Line Assigned to Waybill Origin Branch for IS Type Waybill
We have added a new System Parameter to change the branch on the purchase line to be the origin branch of the Waybill (if the Waybill type is 'IS'). This will work when the user types the Waybill number into the Reference field on the purchase line. Suppliers > Purchases > Charge line
1. Type the waybill number in the 'Reference' (Ref) field on purchase line
2. Press enter
3. The system will change the branch to use the origin branch of the waybill if waybill type is 'IS'

New System Parameter - Use State to determine tax code for Origin, Destination, and Entity
We have created a new System Parameter that enables the setup of a single Origin/ Destination / Entity tax code for each state. Previously, for countries that have different state taxes, each Origin/Destination code needs to have a corresponding tax code set up to represent the state tax. This creates clutters and making tax code maintenance very difficult. Using this System Parameter will eliminate that requirement.Administration > System Setup > System Parameters

Users can set the System Parameter value to 'Y' where state level tax will apply to all three types: Origin, Destination, and Entity. Any combination of O,D or E may also be used (eg O,D will enable for Origin and Destination but not Entity).

Extended System Parameter 'Check CreditLimit On Invoice Save or Posting' to check the credit limit only when posting with option 'P'
We have extended the System Parameter 'Check CreditLimit On Invoice Save or Posting' to check the credit limit only when posting an invoice with the option 'P' or Post. Previously, if the System Parameter had the value 'Y' the system would always check the credit limits on both actions, saving or posting an invoice.
The user can set the System Parameter to 'P' to let the system perform a credit limit check only when posting an invoice. The system will not perform a credit limit check anymore on saving an invoice.

We have added a P/O number filename filter to the Purchases screen and the Purchases Order screen. When clicking the 'File' button on one of those screens, the filter will now include the filename with the P/O number. On Purchases screen > 'File' button on the Details section

New System Parameter - Password for Ezidebit refund button in Debtors Inquiry
We have added a new System Parameter to have users enter a password when pressing the Ezidebit refund button in Debtors Inquiry.
Administration > System Setup > System Parameters

Users can define a password directly in this System Parameter.
Whenever a user clicks the Ezidebit refund button the system will display the password input box. If it matches the password on the System Parameter, it will allow them to refund.

Enhancement - Dialogue to show unprocessed invoices when using portal payment and ability to export list of processed invoices
We have added a dialogue when a user would like to process invoices with the portal payment (Ezidebit/Bambora). The user can scroll to see a list of unprocessed invoices before processing it.

Once they have been processed, the system will show a prompt to export a list of the processed invoices and let the user select a folder.
Invoice Update screen
1. select unprocessed invoices
2. click bambora or ezidebit button (depends on system parameter)
3. we can scroll down to see all of invoice
4. if we anser YES it will show prompt to export the list of processed invoices
5. if YES then select folder that we want to export

Enhancement - New toggle to filter unprocessed Ezidebit invoices
We have added a toggle on the Invoice Update screen, to hide unprocessed Ezidebit Invoices. Once checked, this button will auto-filter as "Ezidebit" and status as "Y".System Parameter 'Enable Payment Portal related Moveware functions" is enabled with value "E" (E for Ezidebit).

On the Customer Management screen > Apply tab, we have added the ability to sort results by R/Plan. Click on the 'R/Plan' column header to sort results by removal plan.

New System Parameter - Restrict the ability to Cancellation of Cost Options by security group when Actual Cost is not 0
A new System parameter has been added to restrict the ability to cancel Cost Options by security group when Actual Cost is not 0.
The user can enable the System Parameter by setting up a comma-separated list of security groups.

This will apply in all the following scenarios:

-In a job with a cost option with Actual Cost, the cancel button will be disabled and cost option status field is set to 'read-only'.
-When having multiple cost options and the user changes the Job status to 'W', there will be a pop-up informing the user that he is unable to cancel the cost option.

Enhancement - 'Bill To' field background colour based on customer group
Currently, there is a System Parameter called 'To highlight removals Bill To field based on Customs Group colour set in codes management' which is set to turn on a feature where if the Bill To customer is in one of the ‘Cust Groups’ set in Code Management, and has a colour set in the Colour field, then the background colour of 'Bill To' field in the Removals screen will be set to that colour.

This has was working when only one group is assigned to a customer, but now multiple groups can be assigned to the customer, and the color of the first matching group that as a colour assigned will be used as the background colour of the 'Bill To' field.

The user can add new mail merge fields through Report Configuration > Email setup, for Employee related report.
Once the merge fields are added, when emailing the report with Standard email, the merge fields will display as employee preferred name in email message.

When using the mail merge 'Removal Link Preferred Name' > Removal Link needs to be set up in Codes Management > Type: Removal Details, Field: Link_xy

Bug Fix - Fixed Event Log report query error
Previously, when using the star symbol (*) in the 'Description of Event' field in order to print the current Event Log, the report would turn out blank. This has been fixed and you can now use the * to narrow down the desired Events and print the results. Administration > System Setup > Event Log

Bug Fix - Fixed lookup query of the Final Approver filter in Reporting screen
We have fixed the lookup of the Final Approver filter for any Purchase Summary Report. It now shows the correct final approver and allows to select multiple users.

Previously, the lookup did not allow users to select multiple approvers and did not show the proper selection.

Bug Fix - Fixed refresh issue of tax code on Storage charge details
Previously, when changes were made in the top part of the Storage details screen (e.g change of Debtor) the system only updated the tax code in the background, the screen value however remained the same. This has now been fixed for version 9.0.Storage > Storage Management > Details

1. Change Debtor
2. If the Tax of the storage charge line is different from the previous debtor, the system will ask the user to assign a new tax rate and tax code and the values will get updated accordingly.

Bug Fix - Fixed the Account Listing report to exclude storage charge lines with status set in 'Exclude' field
Previously, the standard report "Account Listing" only checked the status of the Storage Account and did not consider the charge line level. This has been fixed in this version and the report will now exclude storage charge lines with the status set in the 'Exclude' field on the reports screen. Reports > Storage > Account Listing

Add the status for charge lines that should be excluded in the 'Exclude' field on the reports screen before running the report.

A new report has been added to show a list of all Debtor Accounts, including their token status.To activate the report, navigate to Administration > System Setup > Report Configuration
-clear the "Y" from the Status (St) column and search for the report
-set the report to 'Active' and save
-the report should now be available under Reports > Debtors
