Administration
234185 Report Configuration Screen – Event Logging Activated
Description of Functionality: In the Report Configuration Screen, modifications made to the fields are now event logged.
Description of Usage: To view the event log, select the event log button located in the top right section of Report Configuration Screen.
235231 Default Currency in Rates Management Tab
Description of Functionality: In rates management tab, the currency for a rate will default with the branch currency for the user. Previously, it would use the currency of the creditor / customer. (Note: This brings the new rates system into line with the existing rates system.)
Description of Usage: Add a new rate (it does not matter which type of rate.) The currency should default to the currency assigned to the users branch.
238482 3rd Party Database Access Security – Read Only User Access to Databases
Description of Functionality: System level user added for enhanced security for external applications accessing Moveware. Previously third party applications could use an ODBC connection to query the Moveware database with full read/write access. This was not ideal as applications could potentially and inadvertently change data because it was bypassing validation.
* Only affects new implementations post 30/06/
2014. Can be applied to existing
databases on request, charges apply.
Description of Usage: System level username “guest” added. This is processed prior to the username and password prompt. No user intervention required as process is part of standard configuration. ODBC connections can use the username “guest” to connect to the database as a read only connection. Password is generated and set on case by case basis and can be obtained from Moveware on request. Login to Moveware (no user action required)
Enabled by default for all systems implemented after 30/06/2014. Can be applied to existing databases on request but is not covered by the Master License agreement and so involves chargeable work to set up.
239476 Bug Fix – Moveware Start-up Screen Flashing
Description of Functionality: After logging in, Quick Menu should now not constantly flash, especially when there are reminder messages that require action.
Description of Usage: Bug Fix – Login to Moveware, make sure the user has some messages, the messages should come up without any flashings of the quick menus
239951 Validate Rate Request Status when Converting to Removal
Description of Functionality: Added system parameter ‘ConvertRRonW’ which when turned on will prevent users from creating jobs/removal plans from rate requests on statuses other than ‘W’.
Description of Usage: Enable System Parameter and attempt to create removal plan from Rate Request
240726 Storage Invoicing – Set Default Storage Invoice Status to N Instead of Asian Tigers
Description of Functionality: When creating an invoice from the Storage Invoicing screen, the status is set to N by default
Description of Usage:
- Open Storage > Storage Invoicing
- Select a Removal
- Select the Details tab
- Click the ‘Add’ button in the ‘Charge Details’ section
- Select the ‘Job Type’ from the lookup list
- Click the ‘OK’ button
- Confirm that ‘Status’ (‘St’ column) is set to ‘N’
237908 Perform Phone Book Names Searches Using Match Cases
Description of Functionality: Enabling the system parameter ‘Perform Phone Book Names Searches Using Match Cases’ allows you to search the internal phone book using match cases (name contains the value filtered) as compared to begins case (name begins with the value filtered).
Description of Usage:
- Enable the system parameter ‘ Perform Phone Book Names Searches Using Match Cases’
- Open the Phone Book (F5 Key)
- Search on the name field

Description of Functionality: Changed DHL bookings export product code from S to P
Description of Usage: Navigate to Removals select DHL bookings from report dropdown, the code is now shown as P
Diaries
233402 Operational/Daily Diary – Recurring Resource Allocation for Vehicles & Labour and ability to see available resources
Description of Functionality: Added ability to create recurring resource allocations which can be used for rostered days off/annual Leave, etc. Added system parameter ‘showavailableresources’ to see available resources on a given day in the (big) daily diary.
Description of Usage: System parameter called ‘showavailableresources’. Set to Y to view available resources on a given day in the operational/daily diary.
To use click on the header of the labour/vehicles list until the (available) header is shown – this hides resources that have been set with annual leave/services/etc.
234847 Removals Diary – Validation Added to Not Applicable Diary Actions when Resources are Applied
Description of Functionality: There is now added validation on setting a diary action to not applicable when resources are applied to the diary action.
Description of Usage: The validation checks if resources are applied if existing resources are applied then the user will be prevented from Setting the diary action to N/A unless the resources are unassigned.

237161 Removals Diary- System Parameter Update – Extended Allocated Labour System Parameter
Description of Functionality: Modification to the system parameter “Don’t Allow labour if on annual leave”. Change to include all types of leave, previously it only included annual leave. If the labour (employee) is on any sort of leave, then they should not be allowed to be assigned on the same day to diary resources.
Description of Usage: System parameter ‘Don’t Allow labour if on Annual Leave ‘ set to Y. In the Daily/Operational Diary attempt to add a resource to diary which is on leave on the same day, it should be restricted.
238246 Removals Diary – Dairy Actions with Multiple parents
Description of Functionality: Added System Parameter ‘MultipleParents’ which allows multiple parent actions to use either the earliest parent or last parent diary action date to base the date from.
Description of Usage: System Parameter set to follow
– E -Earliest Date – to use the earliest date on the diary actions
– L -Last Date – to use the last date on the diary actions

- Sets the selected task as not applicable
- Clicking the icon a second time resets the task to be applicable

The ‘Complete’ button has been updated to match the behaviour of the ‘Complete’ button in the Removals Diary screen.
Description of Usage: Open Sales > Task Diary
- Select a Task
- Click the ‘Not Applicable’ button
- Task is greyed out
- Click the ‘Not Applicable’ button again
- Task is reset to its original colour
- Open Sales > Task Diary
- Select a Task
- Click the ‘Complete’ icon
- The Complete procedure runs – including emailing where appropriate
240758 Operational/ Daily Diary – Edit an Employee’s Start Time for a Task in Daily Diary
Description of Functionality: Users can now update the start time for an employee directly in the daily diary screen (when running the big version) without affecting the start times of other employees/trucks assigned to the same diary action.
Description of Usage:
- Open Diary
- Select a removal in the Diary screen
- Add a vehicle to the job by clicking on it in the Vehicle List
- Add 2 labour resources by clicking on them until they turn green in the Labour List
- Select one of the labour resources
- Check the task is displayed in the Labour Resources list of assigned tasks
- Select the task and enter a new ‘StartA’ time for the Labour Resource – confirm that the time is updated
- Confirm that the ‘StartA’ time for the task has not been updated
235482 Operational/ Daily Diary – New Workload Screen
Description of Functionality: New system parameter added ‘UseNewWorkload’. When enabled a new workload screen will be displayed replacing the Previous screen. The workload screen shows the number of labour and actuals in both actuals & resources view broken down by cost type. Also shows the number of diary actions and their corresponding hours broken down by diary type.
Description of Usage: System parameter ‘UseNewWorkload’ which when enabled will replaces the schedule screen (loaded from the Daily Diary) with the new workload screen . To view select the workload icon from the Daily/Operational Diary.
235825 Removals Diary – Diary Action ‘Assigned To’
Description of Functionality: Added system parameter “Diary Actions Assigned To Set from Move Manager”, when enabled will set the ‘Sales Rep’ as the assigned to for diary actions when a ‘Move Manager’ is not set against the removal
Description of Usage: System parameter ‘ Diary Actions Assigned to Set from Move Manger’ to Y. Add a Removal without setting a Movemanager , check to see if the diary actions previously set to the movemanager are

Description of Functionality: Reminder Message System
Reminders will pop up on the Move Manager’s screen on the date specified in the Diary Action. Previously, a reminder is sent to the Move Manager as soon as someone sets a date against a diary action. The reminder will continuously pop-up until the move manager has done his/her part and dismiss the diary action.
Description of Usage: Each diary action that has Reminder = Y in the Diary Action setup will generate a pop-up on the Move Manager’s screen on the date specified in the Diary Action.

Description of Functionality: System Parameter ‘ApptDiaryShowLastName’ added – this shows the Last Name of the Client rather than the Suburb name in the F3 Appointment Diary. This functionality can be turned on and off in the System Parameters screen
Description of Usage: Set system parameter to y ‘ApptDiaryShowLastName’ . Then Select F3 to open the Appointment Diary

238907 Removals Diary – Filter by Custom Diary Types in Removals Diary
Description of Functionality: Added new system parameter ‘ShowAdditionalDiaryTypes’ so when it is turned on, it will show additional diary types in the removal diary type combo box to filter by diary type. Only those diary types with default set to ‘Y’ (in codes management -> code type = ‘Diary’) will populate in the drop down.
Description of Usage: Enable System Parameter. Add new diary types by adding new codes of type ‘Diary’ in Codes Management Screen

Description of Functionality: Added merge field named ‘Additional Addresses’. This adds all additional addresses that are not the first uplift or first delivery on the removal.

Description of Functionality: Added the <Cost Option Method> Email Merge Field which looks at the ‘Method’ set against code used as the service of the cost option.

Example: If the service of the cost option is ‘Air’ and the code ‘Air’ (of type ‘Im Service’) is set with a Method of ‘Air Freight’, then ‘Air Freight’ is what will be displayed
239699 Merge Field- Search
Description of Functionality: Inside the report email setup screen, when using the search field for the filter list, inserting an item will not clear the filtering. The exception is when the user enters the email fields, where the filtering is not needed as there are only five or so items.

240251 Multiple Print Update: Edit Standard Template during run
Description of Functionality: When using the multiple print function in Moveware reports, there is a new option to edit the standard template. This brings up a dialog where the template can be edited for this print run.
Description of Usage:
- Open Reports
- Select and Run a multiple-print report.
- Change ‘Edit Standard Template’ to ‘Yes’
- Make the changes required in the pop-up dialog.
- Email as normal.
240824 Prompt to ‘Reply to Sender’ or ‘Reply All’ from Diary Action Emails
Description of Functionality: When using the ‘Reply to Email’ icon in the Removals Diary, a pop-up appears prompting the user to reply to only the sender or to reply to all the email addresses on the Diary Action. When using the ‘reply’ button in the diary, a pop-up appears so the user can select to reply just to the sender, or reply to all entries on the diary action.
Description of Usage:
- Open Removals > Diary
- Select an Email Diary Action and click the ‘Reply to Email’ icon
- Pop-up appears prompting user to ‘Reply to Sender’ or ‘Reply All’
- Click the ‘Reply to Sender’ button
- Email is created with the Sender’s email address populated in the ‘To’ field
- Click the ‘Reply All’ button
- Email is created with all email addresses populated from the original email
- Select an email diary action, and use the reply button. The pop up will appear.
- Reply to Sender: Reply to just the sender.
- Reply All: Reply to all email addresses on the list.
NOTE: The cc field populates for both options.
240940 Email Configuration – Allow Blank ‘To’ field
Description of Functionality: When ‘AllowBlankTo’ is set to ‘Y’ in System Parameters it allows an email report to have a blank ‘To’ value in the Report Configuration.
When the email report is generated the ‘To’ field is blank. This forces the user to enter a valid email address when the report is generated
Note: Reports run via automatic diary actions remain unchanged
Description of Usage: Set System Parameter to Y ‘AllowBlankTo’ , When an email is generated it will allow the ‘TO’ to be blank.

Description of Functionality: Added sorting by Department to the employee Search screen.
Description of Usage: Navigate to Employees Management, select the Department column heading to initially sort in ascending alphabetical order then a second time to sort in descending alphabetical order.

Annual leave, sick leave categories can be deducted from the base salary, which is calculated from the yearly salary
For example
- Yearly salary 52000
- Weekly salary 1000
- If there is annual leave or sick leave:
- Annual leave 200
- Sick leave 50
- then new weekly salary will be 750 so the total is still 1000
Description of Usage: Time sheeting screen, choose salary employee, add annual leave and sick leave, post the pay, check that base salary is calculated as above

Description of Functionality: For added security, moved the Purchase and Costing Approval Fields to the Employee > User Tab of Employee Management.

240244 Employee Management – User Settings Grid Display
Description of Functionality: On the Employee Management > User Details tab a layout change has taken place. Where previously there were fields For Outlook Synch Appointments, Tasks and Use Signature there is now a grid that will display these in a scrollable list.
Instead of having standalone fields for these fields Moveware now displays them in a grid with their name and value Visible, with users able to edit the value.
The reason for this changes is due to a requirement for more fields from several Moveware clients, and there being limited Space available. Adding this grid will give the flexibility to be able to add additional fields (if required) without altering the Layout of the screen further. This change will not affect the previous values of the fields converted to this grid. This is Purely a layout change for screen space reasons.
Description of Usage:
- Open Employees
- Select an Employee that is a Moveware User
- Select the User Details tab
- Grid can be seen on right-hand side of screen

231434 Debtor and Creditor Management Search Improvements
Description of Functionality: Both the Debtor and Creditor Management Search screen have been modified to improve speed related issues. These modifications include :
- The use of relevant indexes when searching on name and code,
- An improvement when filtering by outstanding balances only.
Previously the screen was slow searching on name and code due to how the search was filtering the records. The outstanding balance display was slow on the debtors due to how the screen was displaying local and foreign balances.
Description of Usage: These changes have occurred in both the Debtor Management Search and Creditor Management Search screen.
239674 Creditors – Bug Fix -Creditor Payment Batch Screen
Description of Functionality: Fixed screen resolution issue for 1280×1024 to resolve error message ”all or part of fill-in- fill-in-c is being placed outside of FRAME F-Main by setting Y”
Description of Usage: Set screen resolution of user to 1280*1024, go into payment batch, and check no error messages come up user should not see any functional changes just performance improvements.
231941 Financials -System Parameter – Allow Locking of Cost Option After Invoice is Posted.
Description of Functionality: New system parameter added to allow users to lock cost options after an invoice has been posted. Currently once a cost option has been invoiced and posted (i.e. on status U) the cost option cannot be locked.
Description of Usage: System Parameter ‘ “LockCostAfterPost” set to Y allows users to lock cost options.
Navigate to a valid cost option with an invoice, check the local cost option flag is enabled, and click to post to Y
236684 Financials – Reduce Refresh flashes on Invoice Screen when posting an invoice
Description of Functionality: Removal invoice screen, removed a few refreshes so it does not flash as much due to refreshing.
237434 Financials – Security Group Update – Receipting
Description of Functionality: For security group A, allow receipting on the invoice screen using green dollar sign, even for foreign currency invoices
Description of Usage: Go to a foreign currency invoice, make sure user has group A, check the green dollar sign is enabled, and make sure receipting works normal

238324 General Ledger -System Parameter: ‘Do not Refresh Journal Screen’
Description of Functionality: From codes tab, “Dontrefreshjournal”, Do not Refresh Journal Screen, when set to Y, does not refresh the screen when the user leaves to go to another screen and come back to the journal screen, user will need to manually refresh if something has changed in the journals
Description of Usage: Go to system parameter screen, codes tab, find the system parameter and set to Y
Go to journal screen, click on a record, go to job screen, go back to journal screen, and check highlighted record isn’t changed
238825 Financials – Cancelling Purchase Order/Invoice – Retain Charge Lines if Required
Description of Functionality: When cancelling a PO or PI, user is now prompted to choose to delete the detail lines. If answered Yes the detail lines will be deleted, otherwise it will keep the lines but delete the charge line’s internal link to associated costs/removal plans. Previously, cancelling the order/invoice would clear the charge lines by default.

240138 Costings Rates – By Origin/Destination Postcodes
Description of Functionality: Change made to Rate Screens and Rate Finder to search on To and/or from post codes. Previously rates had to be based on origin or destination codes
Description of Usage: Enter Postcodes instead or Origin and Destination in Codes in Rates Management Areas
240204 Debtors / Creditors Refresh Update
Description of Functionality: Some issues were identified with the refresh button on the Debtor and Creditor Management Search screens where the button was not clearing all the filters and therefore not displaying the full list. These filter are now being cleared an the full list of Debtors or Creditors will be returned.
Also a bug was identified where the Creditor Aging Search screen was not opening the Inquiry screen when a record was double clicked. This issue has been resolved.
These changes will affect all companies and users with access to the Debtor Management and Creditor Management menus.
Description of Usage: These changes have taken place in the Debtor Management Search, Creditor Management Search and the Creditor Aging Search screens.

Description of Functionality: Change made to enable the ability to see a linked Debtors balance and lookup the Debtor from the Creditors Inquiry Screen
Description of Usage: Navigate to Creditors Management, Analysis tab, select the binocular icon to view both the debtor and linked creditor Balances. Note the creditor needs to be linked to the debtor through the debtor details tab.
240675 Costings -Removal Resources Screen – Add Crew Rating Column

This is the same as the ‘Rt’ column seen in the Time Sheets screen
Description of Usage:
- Open Removals > Resourcing
- Double Click in the ‘Rt’ column for a Labour resource
- Emp Rating lookup is dispalyed
- Select a Rating A, B ,C ,D or E
- Click ‘OK’ to assign the rating to the Labour resource
- Click ‘Save’
240954 Debtors – Disable Receipting to Closed Accounts
Description of Functionality: When using the Debtor lookup, validate that the selected Debtor is not closed before allowing receipt to be applied to the Debtor.
When entering the Debtor manually, validate that the entered Debtor is not closed when the payment is posted to the Debtor and stop the posting process if the Debtor is closed.
Creditors > Payments
When using the Creditor lookup, validate that the selected Creditor is not closed before allowing receipt to be applied to the Creditor.
When entering the Creditor manually, validate that the entered Creditor is not closed when the payment is posted to the Creditor and stop the posting process if the Creditor is closed.

240236 Creditors – Purchase Invoice – Order by Fields Enabled
Description of Functionality: Enable the Ordered fields on the Creditor Purchases screen for Purchase Invoices that have not originated from a Purchase Order. Previously the Ordered fields (Ordered By and Ordered Date) were disabled for both Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices. These fields were only populated when the Purchase Order was set to status Ordered or above, however they were not enabled for users to enter the details.
These fields are now enabled for Purchase Invoices that are not created from Purchase Orders.
Description of Usage:
- Open Creditors > Purchases
- Click the ‘Add’ button
- Ordered By and Ordered Date fields are enabled

Description of Functionality: Change made to fix combined invoice sequencing number, previously it was setting to same number on the same cost option
Description of Usage: Generate more than one combined invoice sequentially, the number should sequence correctly.

239458 Movetransfer – Ability to Send/Store Movetransfer Attachments from Selected Locations
Description of Functionality: In relation to attachments, for users who separate their movetransfer documents into a subfolder (e.g. \\Sharedfolder\Removals\100000\MoveTransferSend), a change was made to default the attachment list to autopopulate with the contents of the folder.
This new process will reduce the time taken to manually attach the documents to the Movetransfer system.Similarly on import of Movetransfer attachments from agents, they can be stored in a separate subfolder against the removal/waybill
Description of Usage: Please contact Moveware in regards to the initial setup of this feature. Once setup is completed, the next time a user performs a Movetransfer there will be a lightning button next to the attachments button. Press this button to autopopulate the attachments list with the contents of the subfolder.

236615 Multiple Quantity Items in MoveSurvey
Description of Functionality: Users now have the option of repeatedly clicking on one inventory item from the inventory list to increase the quantity of that item in the survey inventory by one with every click. Before, clicking on one item multiple times would create a new entry line for that item (one entry with a quantity of one for every click)
Description of Usage: To activate this functionality, open MoveSurvey, go to Tools -> Settings. The setting is titled: Use one Line for Each inventory Item. Set it to Y to activate. Once activated every item you add in the inventory will be automatically ‘ticked’. If you click on the same item again, it will add a quantity of one to the item listed in the survey inventory rather than create a new line.
If two items are no required create a separate entry for the same item (for example two bookcases, which have different volumes), when the first bookcase is added, untick it and then click on bookcase again. This will create a separate entry of the same item which can be edited without modifying the first bookcase entry.

Description of Functionality: Moveware password is now validated against a list of allowed characters. Previously users were able to use any characters in their passwords. This caused issues with the My Dashboard function due to that function loading on the internet. To login to My Dashboard Moveware passes details of the user to the website.
This includes the password. When reserved character are in the password the login to My Dashboard fails. Moveware now validates that these reserved characters are not in the password when the user changes it, thus allowing the login to My Dashboard to work. Valid characters are: A-Z a-z 0-9 ! @ $ . _ ^
Description of Usage:
- Open Window > Change Password
- Enter Existing Password, Enter New Password using some invalid characters. Unable to Change’ warning appears stating ‘Password contains invalid characters’ and lists the valid characters that can be used.
- Enter Existing Password
- Enter New Password using only valid characters. Confirm New Password by re-entering it.
- Open Employee Management, Select a User, Select User Details tab
- Click into the Password field, Enter New Password using some invalid characters. ‘Invalid Entries’ warning appears stating ‘Password contains invalid characters’ and list the valid characters that can be used.

Description of Functionality: Cost Centre Set up >Quote from Invoicing tab
Moveware now has the option of creating an Invoice or a Quote Header. This allows users to keep all of their quotes in Moveware as quotes, and create Invoices separately, without modifying the quote. Quote Headers are also omitted from invoicing reports. A field has been added to the Job Types setup screen – titled ‘Quote Header Only’. This field provides the user with flexibility in when Moveware creates a Quote Header or an Invoice.
If this field is given a ‘Y’, it means that when this job type is selected via the Job Type Creator, and “Invoicing” is checked, the ‘invoice’ created will be a Quote Header. If the Quote Header is copied, it will create another Quote Header with the same charge lines.
If this field is given an “N”, it means that when this job type is selected via the Job Type Creator, and “Invoicing” is checked, the ‘invoice’ created will be a Quote Header. However, if this Quote Header is copied, and the move status is W, it will create an Invoice with the same charge lines. Also, when the job switches from status P to W, it will create an invoice from every existing quote header. In other words, it will copy all Quote Headers and create invoices with the same charge lines.
If this field is given an “E”, this job type will never create a Quote Header. It will always create an invoice. This is the same behaviour as prior to the implementation of this field.
Description of Usage: This change can be implemented in Administration -> Job Types, by filling out the “Quote Header Only” field with either Y, N, or E.
To use this feature, the System Parameter ‘InvStatusSameAsRemoval’ must be Active with a Value of Y.

Description of Functionality: When cancelling a cost option, if the invoice has a number assigned and set to active, user must cancel invoice first before they can complete the cancelling of the cost option. Previously users were able to cancel the cost option with an active invoice

- Find a cost option with an invoice number assigned but not posted
- cancel the cost option using cancel button, the system should throw up error asking user to cancel invoice first, once invoice is cancelled cost option can be cancelled.
- Likewise when both cost option and invoice are cancelled, uncancelling invoice is not allowed unless cost option is uncancelled first

If the folder is not empty, the Daily Diary will advise Operations. This is done by colouring the “From” and “To” fields red in The Daily Diary for that move. - Click the blue Move button

240907 Rate Request – Job Type Creator Update
Description of Functionality: When the ‘Job Type Creator’ is run from the ‘Rate Request’ screen a check will be completed against the Creditor Product Destination and the Rate Request Destination. If the Country Code is excluded the Costing Option for the Rate Request will not be created.
Description of Usage:
- Open International > Rate Request.
- Select a Quote where the Country Code is excluded, to create the Rate Request against.
- Click on the ‘Job Type Creator’ icon.
- Select the Job Type to be used for the Rate Request.
- Click ‘OK’
- The Cost Option for the Rate Request should not be created due to the Country Code being excluded.

Added system parameter ‘BranchCreditNoteNum’ which requires that the ‘Implement Branch Invoice Numbering’ system parameter to be turned on for it to work. Previously Moveware could only specify branch specific invoice numbers.
Description of Usage: Once this system parameter is on, there will be a ‘Current Credit Note’ field under branch setup which is used to set the start number for Credit Notes (CR) and Adjustments (ADJ). These types of ‘Invoices’ will adopt the new enumeration separate from the Normal invoices (IN).

Previously it would create a line for each of the cost lines that has a removal product linked regardless of whether it is above or below the Option Total line.

239910 System Enchantments – Invoice Processing
Description of Functionality: Background changes to how Moveware handles unexpected errors while processing requests. When errors occur in the processing Moveware reverts back to how the data looked prior to the current process running. These process can be small or large, the larger the process the more data is lost as Moveware reverts back its previous values. These processes can be controlled and the smaller the processes the better. In this modification Moveware has reduced the size of the processes around the generation of invoices.
Description of Usage: This change has occurred across a number of files and various locations from within Moveware. The processes all centre around the processing of invoices. This includes the generation and updating of invoices through Moveware. The user should not see any difference in the functionality of Moveware, these changes relate to the business logic running in the background of Moveware.
The processing of invoices is affected by this change. The objective of the change to it limit the size of the processes involved thus allowing Moveware to running better and limit what data processing will be lost in the case of unexpected errors. This will affect all companies.

Description of Functionality: We now track the number of times a particular report has been run along with storing the last date the report was run. These figures are available to be seen in the Report Configuration Screen and on the Report Builder Names report located in the Reports > Others tab
Description of Usage:
- Open Reports > Other tab
- Run the Report Builder Names report
- Find the name of the report you want to run in the Report Builder Names report and note the number of times the report has been run and the last time it was run.
- Run the report noted in previous step
- Run the Report Builder Names report
- Find the name of the report you want to run in the Report Builder Names report and confirm the number of times the report has been run has been incremented and the last time it was run is the current date.

Now added an additional option so that when the above system parameter is set to ‘A’, Removal invoices will use the assigned Account Manager as the Salesrep on the invoice. This is useful for sales commissions based on Account Managers instead of Salesreps.
