User can set the branch security in Employee Management > User Details tab and set the Read/Write columns to 'N' or 'Y' based on the security required.

The user can sync the emails where the user will not be seeing the emails diary action branches which do not have permission.

The user can set the below system parameter, open the All Email screen tab of Outlook Inbox which sets the date filter based on the number of years set in the below system parameter.
318713 - Added Display Type field in both codes Waybill Type and Removal Cost Centres to cater for custom code waybill type so that some of the fields are enabled/disabled.Added Display Type field in both Codes Management > Waybill Type and Removal Cost Centres to cater for custom code waybill type so that some of the fields are enabled/disabled. Previously, Moveware had Types starting with 'IS' or 'IM' or 'EX' to enable/disable the waybill fields and not the client custom waybill types.

Display Type field to be set in Cost Centers Display Field or Codes > Waybill Type Display Field.
EXAMPLE 1: Example 1:If codes managemnt > waybill type has IS,IM,EX,CO. Go to Waybill > Details and change the type to 'IS' where OBL/AWBL is disabled. Change the Type to EX/IM where the field is enabled. Set IM and EX Display Type field in codes > Waybill Type as IS. Close and open waybill > details again. Set the Type to IS/EX/IM where OBL/AWBL field is disabled. Change the type to CO and the OBL/AWBL field gets enabled as that Display Type is not set as 'IS'.

EXAMPLE 2: Clear all the Display Type field set in Codes > Waybill Type.Set the Type to 'IM' and see that Agent Refer, Housebill, Principle ID, Booking ref, CRN, Docs Required, Unloaded are enbaled. OBL/AWBL is disbaled. Set the Type to EX and see all the above fields behaves opposite. Set the EX display type field with IM. Set the Type to IM/EX where Agent Refer, Housebill, Principle ID, Booking ref, CRN, Docs Required, Unloaded are enbaled. Set the Type to IM/EX where Agent Refer, Housebill, Principle ID, Booking ref, CRN, Docs Required, Unloaded are enbaled.

EXAMPLE 3: Clear all Display Type field set in codes > waybill type. Set the Type to EX in Waybill > details where Docs Recd field is enabled. Set Display Type of CO in codes > waybill type to EX. Close and open waybill > details again. Set the Type to EX/Co where Docs Recd field is enabled. Change to IS type where the field is disabled.

Delete all the Waybill Types in Codes Managment. Do the above 3 steps but do the settings in Cost Centre Display Type field by choosing IMA/EXA/ISA. The waybill Type combo-box is fetched from Cost Centres when there are no Wyabill Types set in Codes mgmt.

The user can set the below system parameter to a number (of days) and in employee set as Inactive. The date will be compared to the number set. If today's date minus event date number of days is greater than the number set, that employee detail will be cleared in daily maintenance based on codes > Private Data > payemp Comment fields and Format set.

If the system parameter is set to blank or 'N' or '0' then employees are not cleared.
325688 - Added File Attachment Button on Journals ScreenAdded file attachment button on Journals screen to allow storing of any related documents.
Previously, we do not have a file attachment button and the user cannot see any related documents for auditing purposes.
General Ledger > Journals screen. File attachment button on Journals screen has been added to allow storing of any related documents. The file button will display as red folder if it has existing files in there, otherwise will display as standard(yellow folder).
326721 - New functionality on MoveClient to display a downloadable link to the quotation documentNew functionality added to MoveClient (iLive) to display a downloadable link to the quotation document along with the quote in the Quotations tab.

The functionality requires a diary action to be setup on Moveware like so

When a job quote is required to be displayed on the MoveClient portal with the link to quote document the following needs to happen:
1. The job must be accessible online and must have a quote
2. The job must have an incomplete diary action of type 'QuotationsFileWeb'.
2a. When the user goes to Diary action and clicks on Add to get the list of diary actions to be added, the user must choose the 'QuotationsFileWeb'
2b. When the user chooses that diary action to be added a file browser popup should show up and the user should be able to choose the quotation document.

To stop the download link from displaying on a job, the moveware user can do so by setting the diary action to 'Completed'
329638 - Added additional Foreign Currency AccountPreviously against a branch you could link one local currency account and one foreign currency account.
You are now able to set a second foreign currency account against a branch
In Administration > Branch Management you now have 2 Default Bank Account (FC) fields.
330911 - Storagemf Report - New Report Column, New Report Filter and New Report Group By - Country StoredThe 'Country Stored' column, 'Country Stored' filter and 'Country Stored' group by have been added on the following report

The reports will show Country Stored fields and can be filtered by or grouped data by Country Stored

Previously, when Costing Default filter is changed from N to Y, the screen refreshed slowly.The user can open the below screen, set the costing default filter from N to Y which refreshes the records instantly.

When copy the job with cost option and press save, the Cost Option copy option dialog will popup.

With this change, the user will be able to select the Cost Option copy option when copying Removal with Cost Option from Removal Details and Baggage Details screens.

When system parameter 'Show options when copying costing for Diary Based Resource Costing' is off, the code will auto copy linked diaries with dates and resources. While when the system parameter enables, there are 3 options to be selected which are:
1. Copy diary with dates and resources
2. Copy diary with dates but without resources
3. Copy diary only without dates and resources

Previously, the storage invoice is calculated even if the invoice date has not passed the Last Account date if storage is invoiced from inventory.

The user can enable the system parameter, select the storage record where the 'In' column in Storage Charge Details column is 'Y' , set the 'Create Invoice To' field and click on 'Calculate Storage' button. This calculates the storage invoice only if the date set is passed the last accounting date based on the frequency set else it will not calculate.

If the system parameter is disabled, storage invoice is calculated even if the date is not passed.
332021 - New System Parameter - To display email screen popup when single/multiple diary actions are completed from Operations Diary.Added new system parameter to display email screen popup when single/multiple diary actions are completed from Operations Diary. Previously, email sending is available only if an email diary action is completed from Removals diary.

User can select diary action, click on 'Complete Diary Action' button which displays a dialogue of options to complete selected/All diary actions.

If the radio button is selected and clicked on Ok button and if the below system parameter is enabled, email screen will be displayed based on the email report linked to the diary action where user can send the email. Then, the diary action is completed.

The email screen is not displayed if the system parameter is disabled and the diary action is completed.

332048 - To make the Default Screen Settings more user friendly to help setting in Moveware.To make the Default Screen Settings user friendly to help setting in Moveware. Previously, Moveware users had to be aware of database fields, screen and file names to setup in the screen.User can now click on the left Add button which displays the 'Add Screen Details' dialogue. Click on 'Filename' drop down list to select the filename which automatically sets the 'Screen Name' field as well.

The user can click on the right Add button which displays 'Add Field Name' dialogue. The user can either select the field from 'Available Fields' drop down list or directly type in 'Field' fill-in if the field name is known. Click on 'Add' button again which adds the field.
332125 - New Finanical Header ParameterPreviously, reports would show headers that used period numbers, and company/branch numbers. This could be confusing, especially when there were large numbers of companies/branches.

This new feature will instead revert those codes/numbers to a more readable format. Periods will show up as the actual months, which will be highly useful, especially for those companies that are using off calendar financial years.
If the user wishes to activate this new feature, the user will need to go the Administration > System Setup > System Parameter, and go to the Codes tab. Searching for the parameter ''ReportHeaderUseGLFulDesc'' and setting the Value to Y. Setting the value back to ?€˜N?€™ will deactivate the parameter.

This parameter will be global across all reports, and will change the fields where applicable.

The user can enable the 'NotifyOperationsOfBooking' and below system parameter, set the employee Notify field to 'Operations'. Select a removal of 'W' status, modify the date of any operational diary action which sends the notification to the above employees whose 'Notify' field is set as 'Operations'.
334204 - To update/modify existing, incomplete diary actions assigned to an inactive user via Modify Removals screen.Previously, we do not have this ability and when a user left the company, the uncompleted diary actions (in particular task diary actions) were still assigned to the inactive user.


Administration > Utilities > Modify Removals screen.
Users can select a Diary option and set filters for Diary actions that they want to update Diary Assigned then click Modify button, it will update any existing incomplete diary actions and create event log for the diary changed.

Previously, the file was saved in a Removal folder.The user can now set the 'Folder Path' field with folder location and Other field with a file name in Codes Managment > Diary Key Action > Customs Control to the place where the XML file is to be saved. Complete the diary action which saves the file in above location.

If the folder path field is not set, the XML file is saved in Removal folder path.

The user can change in Removals > Details which will override all the cost option diary actions 'Ass' column based on the setting of 'Assign To' field set to Move Manager/ Sales Rep etc.
336142 - Final approver can not be any of first approversWhen the system uses final approver, either single or multiple, the final approver entered at any stage can not overlap with any of the first approvers.From purchase invoice screen, enter final approver as the same as one of the first approvers, either in the first approver list or as an approver who has already approved the purchase, an error should pop up ''final approver can not be the same as initial approver''.

The user can enable the below system parameter, if the system parameter sysparam.sysparam-spare8[17] = 'K' or 'L' and Show/Hide Volume/Weights toggle is checked, then the new toggle is visible next to the above toggle. Otherwise the new toggle is hidden.

On checking the new toggle, if weights are toggled between Kgs and Lbs.
336776 - Added ability to auto convert value of Removal Details field that are set in Code Management > Format as Date to Date.Ability to auto convert the value of Removal Details field that are set in Code Management > Format as Date to Date.

Previously, we only converted values of Removal Details fields that are using the Date format for specific fields e.g. Uplift Date, Delivery Date.

With this change, when a user leaves the field that is set the format as Date, it will auto convert the value into the Date format or clear it to blank if the date is invalid.

Note, the main requirement of this ticket is to use Removal spare field to store a Date and want the date to be set in the correct date format.

On leave of Removal Details Date field: auto convert value into date format or clear as blank if the date is invalid.

To set Removal Details field format as Date: go to Code Management > Code type 'Removal Details' > change Format field to 'Date'.

337000 - Clarification of message for overapplying receitps to invoice on postWhen posting an inovice with receipts applied, if the amount of receipts exceeds the amount of invoice, previously there is a messgae asking the user if they want to continue and put overapplied amount on account. It is ambigious what will happen if user selected no. A message is added to clarify if user selected no none of the receipts are applied to the invoice. The user will then manually apply receipts to the invoice without over applying.
337213 - To prompt the user when wanting to update Purchase line Branch when changing Purchase BranchTo prompt the a user wanting to update Purchase line Branch that has the same Branch as previous Purchase Branch, when changing Purchase Branch in Purchase screen.

Previously we auto change the Purchase line Branch with no notification to user.
On the purchase screen, when changing Branch and press save, the prompt will popup to ask if the user want to update Purchase line Branch that has the same Branch as previous Purchase Branch.

337516 - New System Parameter - Show Hours or Density column in Costing/InvoicingA new system parameter has been added to show either Hours or Density. Hours can be shown in Job Costing or Invoicing or both. Density is only applicable to Job Costing.

Hours is used to calculate the cost/price based on Est x Rate x Hours
Density is used as a minimum density to recalculate the weight if the entered value is greater than the actual density; otherwise the actual weight will still be used as the Est

When this parameter set to Y, an additional column will show in Job Costing & Invoicing called 'Hours'. When a value is entered in Hours, the Cost/Price will be recalculated based on Est x Rate x Hours. When no value is entered, it will default back to the Est x Rate.

When this parameter is set to I, the hours column will only appear in Invoicing. Same logic applies in calculation of values as per explained above.

When this parameter is set to C, the hours column will only appear in Costing. Same logic applies in calculation of values as per explained above.

When this parameter set to Y, an additional column will show in Job Costing & Invoicing called 'Density'. When a value is entered in Density, it will be compared to the actual density (cost option weight / volume) and if it is greater than the actual density, then a new weight will be calculated based on cost option volume x new density, and this new weight is populated into the Est column to recalculate the Cost/Price based on the new weight.
337522 - Enhancement - Corporate Invoice Summary ReportAdding a report functionality to enable the Corporate Invoice Summary report to group data by corporate of removal linking to storage invoices when selecting group by Corporate.

Previously, when selecting Group by Corporate, the report looked at the corporate account of the invoice customer only. This new feature will allow the report to look at the corporate account of the job linking to the storage account of the storage invoice.This will help the report to reflect more accurate data when running with Corporate Group by.
Run the report by selecting Corporate as group by.

338024 - Extended Diary Actions Listing report information (DiaryActions.rpt )Added additional details and settings to our standard diary action listing, making this report more useful for when setting up a new system as well as for existing clients that may want to review their processes. 340527 - Invoice Update - Added Security ChecksA few changes have been made to the Invoice Update screen to ensure security is consistent with the Invoice screen. On the Invoice, Moveware enables and disables the Post button depending on several factors (system parameters, company specific coding and security groups). However not all of these factors are taken into account when posting from Invoice Update.

In the past this has not been an issue given that only specific users are given access to the Invoice Update screen and generally users with security group A should always have access to post invoice to the GL. However in some circumstances users with security group A do not have the ability to post invoices from the Invoice screen, but they could post invoices from Invoice Update.
This change is to incorporate the same security check that is currently on the Post button on the Invoice screen into Invoice Update. Given Invoice Update allows users to perform multiple functions, the Post button will be visible for users with security group A, however when they select to post the invoices to the GL Moveware will perform the security check and not allow the invoice to be posted if the current user fails the security check. An error message 'Invalid security access' will be allocated to invoices within Invoice Update to indicate the user does not have access to post to the GL.

Or there is also the option to enter the details manually in the fields:

Previously, we only check the exact waybill type. With this change, the condition to do the Container Tracking will also check the mapped type of waybill type.

To set mapped type, Administration > Company Setup > Cost Centers > Mapping field.

Select a record and click on OK button where cost options are created accordingly without any error.
