Agents – Locations

Locations are used to record the storage location and inventory of an Agent. Records are updated from the Storage system.


How to Add a Location to an Agent:

  1. Navigate to International > Agents or Operations > Agents in the main menu. Existing Agents are displayed in alphabetical order.
  2. To find the required Agent use the search boxes to filter the Agent records. See Searching for Agents for further details.
  3. Select the Agent and navigate to the Locations tab.
  4. At the right of the tab click the Add button.
  5. Add the new area, location, size and description and click Save.

The new location is added to Locations.
