Electronic Banking

The BACS file is a banking file format for the United Kingdom that can be used to bulk pay suppliers through internet banking. Moveware can export banking data to a BACS file from the Electronic Banking screen for upload to an UK bank. Once uploaded and approved, the bank can then process the payments in bulk. Not all banks offer this facility so users should check with their bank to see if they have BACS capabilities. The system will automatically generate BACS files from the electronic banking screen for any UK Moveware system when the  icon is clicked. 

Bank Deposits

The BACS file is an UK banking file format that can be used to take bulk payments from customers through internet banking. Moveware can export banking data to a BACS file from the Bank Deposits screen for upload to an UK bank. Once uploaded and approved, the bank can then process the payment to debit your customer’s bank. Not all banks offer this facility so users should check with their bank to see if they have BACS direct debit capabilities. The system will automatically generate BACS files from the Bank Deposits screen for any UK system when the  icon is clicked.
