Corporate (CRM)

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in Moveware is used to manage interactions with Corporate Accounts. Your company’s relationship with corporate customers is assisted by details stored in the module, enabling any communication to be as customized and targeted as possible.

Existing Customers

Existing Customers in Moveware may be set up as Corporate Accounts in the Details tab of the Customers Management module.  See Adding a Corporate Account.

Corporate Accounts

Once a Customer is flagged as a Corporate Account, the Customer is added to the CRM Listing screen, which can be accessed through the CRM menu.  On some databases, the menu is named “Corporate” instead of “CRM”.

In addition to managing active Corporate Accounts, the CRM module allows for the ability to manage prospective accounts.   Corporate Accounts can be given a status of “Suspect” or “Prospect” prior to becoming an “Active” Customer.

Parent or Child Accounts

Once a Customer is flagged as a Corporate Account, it can be designated as a Parent or Child account.  For example, you could have a real estate brokerage as a Parent account.  That parent can then have child account, such as a specific real estate agent.  Reporting can then be accomplished at the group (parent) level, or at the child level.

All Jobs performed for the Corporate Account and its parent Corporate Account (if applicable) are recorded automatically and displayed in the Jobs tab of the CRM module.  Additional tabs in the module are used to view account invoices, manage interactions with Corporate Accounts and manage account profiles.  Mass emails can also be sent to groups of Corporate Accounts through the All Contacts tab.  These emails can be organized according to only send to accounts based on Mailing Lists, Priority, Customer Type, Interests, and more.
