Jobs – Claims

Similar to Storage, Claims are generated as individual records and associated to a job. A unique reference number is automatically created by the system for each claim.

Claims made by a client for damages or missing items can be entered into the Claims Tab of the Jobs Management module. This links a job to a claim automatically. Multiple claims can be linked to a single Job. 

Once the Claim has been created it can be managed from the “Claims Management” screen directly. This is useful for companies that have one person or department in charge of claims, as it gives them a centralized location to manage them all. 


The Claims Tab Interface

On the left side of the screen we have general claim information.

In the middle section we have client information.

On the right side we have other details such as who is managing the claim and important dates, as well as claim values.  

On the bottom, we have a section to enter details about items being claimed.
